We have a distribution deal with Orchard/SONY which gives us access to every digital music, TV, film outlet and streaming service in the world such as Google Play, Google Chromecast, Xbox, Apple TV, iTunes, Roku, Playstation, Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Music, Amazon Fire, DirectTV, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Last.FM, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Soundcloud and on and on. Our digital delivery system solicits
every outlet and service at one time across all platforms worldwide. Pre-release promotion is delivered to music and content buyers as well as blogs and other industry taste makers. We work only with bands and other labels who believe that teamwork makes the dream work. Nobody can cover everything in the entertainment industry on their own. Our first release featured Blink 182, who were also nice enough to introduce us to their record label in 1995. HairBall8 signed their first distribution deal with Cargo Music that same year. That's the long and short of it. We also help book shows for HB8 bands AND we've booked & promoted shows with Blink 182, Kings of Leon, Supersuckers, Tiger Army, HorrorPops, Wanda Jackson, Social Distortion, and various Warped Tour dates among other tours and live events.
2021 marks the 25th anniversary of HairBall8 Records' first release, the compilation "Keep The Beat" featuring Blink 182, Sicko, Barnyard Ballers, Lagwagon, S***f, Down By Law and Big Drill Car. For two decades HairBall8 has released music from over a hundred artists on compilation, documentary, and individual album projects. HairBall8 music and video is distributed through the Orchard, a SONY owned company. HairBall8 has been booking and promoting live events in California, Texas, and Arizona since 1995.
