The Vatican press office has said that the Secretary of State of His Holiness the Pope, Pietro Cardinal Parolin, will lead a rosary for the pontiff in St Peter's Square at 9pm local time. The U.S. bishops urge Catholics to join that prayer at the same time: 3pm ET / 12pm PT.
