MEET THE CEO AND FOUNDER
Cicely Dixon Abron
Cicely Dixon Abron is a native of Phenix City, Alabama and has been serving her community for decades. She is very humble and loves to support her community without hesitation. She is a selfless servant always willing to help others become successful. She is a beacon of light that will continue to shine within our community.
Cicely Abron has been a faithful and devoted educator for 21 years. She is dedicated and committed to the vision of supporting all students. She is also the CEO and founder of E3 Enrichment Services. This enrichment program started in 2013 and has served over 1,000 students in the bi-city area. The program has added these additional services for the community: 1) E3 Mentoring, 2) The Empowerment Magazine, 3) The Shedrick Dixon Educational Foundation, 4) The PEARLS Leadership Academy, 5) E3 Empowerment Trips, 6) E3 Consulting and 7) Women’s Table Talk.
She is a 1999 graduate from Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Masters of Science in Computer Science. She continued her education at Alabama State University with a Masters of Science in Mathematics Education and in July 2015, she completed a Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership and Educational Administration at Troy University.
Ms. Abron is dedicated to her community with the annual Simply Blessed Thanksgiving Food and Community Resource Drive, member of the Phenix City Alabama A&M Alumni Association, Girls Scouts Regional Advisory Board Member, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Unity Celebration committee member, Coordinator for the Shedrick Dixon Educational Foundation Summer Football and Dance Camp, Academic Advisor for Diamond Sports Group and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
