The publishing company was founded on November 11, 2011 and is based in London. Its roster of contemporary music composers includes Englishman Greg Haines, film composer Michael Price, American songwriter Peter Broderick, Ukrainian continuous music pioneer Lubomyr Melnyk, London singer-songwriter Douglas Dare, guitarist Justin Lockey of the band Editors, electronic producer Ryan Lee West aka Rival

Consoles and German sound designer Ben Lukas Boysen also known as Hecq. Erased Tapes has become a meeting point and melting pot for innovative and imaginative musicians who knew there had to be somewhere they could call home.
