NetBound Publishing has started the Indie Authors magazine. It will feature author interviews, book excerpts, select fiction (flash or otherwise), reviews, and profiles. The focus is on informing the readers of the magazine about indie authors and giving them samples of their work. This
is not aimed at Indie Authors, it is about discovering indie authors. It includes all genres and is open to all indie authors. The Indie Authors magazine will be distributed through Amazone Kindle and B&N Nook, Apple, and others as a free download for e-readers. We are accepting submissions in the form of flash fiction and other short fiction in all genres excluding erotica. Excerps from novels and reviews of Indie books are also accepted. I will at this time also include poetry (please, no more than two poetry submissions per person.) Right now I can accept submissions in .doc or .odt formats, but may make changes later on. Send submissions to [email protected]. Write "Submission" in the subject line along with type (ie "flash fiction," "excerpt," or "Book review.") Please include a short author bio with your submission. If you do not get acknowledgement of receipt within a week, you can send me a personal message on Facebook (Again, I may make changes to this option later). This is a free e-zine geared to get independant author's names out there for the readers to sample their work, there is at this time no monetary compensation.
