As sad as this is in my opinion I do not see this going in the best way my prayers and thoughts are with the families. We need to bring this to an end so the grieving process can start. 
Brian, if you are alive the best thing I can tell you to do is surrender they will shoot you on site is my opinion and is what they should do at this point you are running from the law as a fugitive. You took the life allegedly of a beautiful vibrant woman and you must pay the price justice. Even if it’s with your own life.

Oct 4 (Reuters) - The effectiveness of the Pfizer Inc (PFE.N)/BioNTech SE vaccine in preventing infection by the coronavirus dropped to 47% from 88% six months after the second dose, according to data published on Monday that U.S. health agencies considered when deciding on the need for booster shots.

The data, which was published in the Lancet medical journal, had been previously released in August ahead of peer review The analysis showed that the vaccine's effectiveness in preventing hospitalization and death remained high at 90% for at least six months, even against the highly contagious Delta variant of the coronavirus.

Facebook asks court to toss FTC lawsuit over its buys of Instagram and WhatsApp
Facebook is again asking a federal court to throw out the Federal Trade Commission's antitrust lawsuit accusing the company of crushing its rivals, in the latest chapter of the company's showdown with Washington critics.

"The case is entirely without legal or factual support. This is as true now as it was before," Facebook said in a filing with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday.

The FTC first sued the social media giant in December, accusing it of both buying emerging rivals Instagram and WhatsApp to stave off competition and luring other up-and-coming companies with access to its platform and data and then cutting them off when they were successful enough to become threats. The agency says Facebook should be forced to sell or spin off those apps.

But a judge dismissed the regulator's complaint this summer, saying the agency had failed to prove Facebook has a monopoly in social networking. However, the judge gave the FTC 30 days to refile its complaint with more evidence.

New York's largest health care provider fires 1,400 unvaccinated workers. Northwell Health, New York's largest hospital system, announced Monday that it fired 1,400 workers for refusing to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Driving the news: The state's vaccine mandate for health workers went into effect last week.

State of play: Northwell Health said it took a "rapid, aggressive approach" to reach 100% vaccination among its staff, the company said in a statement Monday.
Doing so would enable them to “provide exceptional care at all of our hospitals, without interruption and enable all our facilities to remain open and fully operational."
The company employees more than than 76,000 workers, the New York Times reports.
