Turns out turning off branded keywords in LSAs, just might hurt afterall....
For those of you Lunch Hour Legal Marketing fans who have listened to me and Gyi Tsakalakis talk about turning off brand queries in LSAs b/c you don't know how much they cost you and therefore pervert the economics of those campaigns. Gyi has been warning (for a while) that doing so might cause you to drop out of LSAs altogether and I've cited examples of clients for whom that hasn't happened.... well here's a counterpoint from a client who turned off the brand campaigns last month... His impression share dropped from a consistent 15% to.... well just about nothing.
Boo Google. Boo. This is gross.
