Get asked a lot what I actually do while training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! So here’s some examples from today’s open mat! (Obviously only the good things I did, which isn’t often😅)

First time competing today in Brazilian jiu jitsu, the matches didn’t go my way but threw myself into the fire just by turning up, those that know me know I struggle with anxiety a fair amount & this wasn’t an easy thing to go and do! But I gave it my best.

Big love to the family who were competing & supporting today! Sorry to let you guys down but I’ll work hard to be better! 💙
