Check ALL your cups guys! I had one, not a Stanley, test for lead and it was one of my favs too 😥

Go to my link in the comments, find my Amazon Storefront & under Home Improvement & Organization you’ll find the test I used…it’s from TonnyLab.

Let me know if you tested yours and your results…I would love to hear! It’s so sad we have to worry about this 😣

Kindness. It’s free to give, but priceless to receive. We never know what someone else is going through, which makes even the smallest gesture a big one. I urge you today to show kindness to each other, be the light 🩷

The sacrifices that a homeschool mom makes is immense. When I homeschooled during Covid for one year it wasn’t so bad, because everyone was stuck at home. This year homeschooling has been a little more challenging for me. I’m not only teaching Cam school everyday, but also real life skills on top of everything else I have always done. It is A LOT.

I literally have no time to myself or to do the things I really want to do throughout the day, like even hang out with friends. All I know is I have a little less than 6 years until my boy is 18 and on his own and these years are so vital. I don’t want to miss a moment and I don’t want to miss a life lesson that needs to be taught.

So if I have to sacrifice a career, money, passions and desires in order to make sure I have raised a strong, independent, good man who loves Jesus then it is
💯% worth it.

I absolutely hate the judgement people receive at churches sometimes. It turns my stomach. We are not perfect humans and never will be, which is exactly why Jesus came. We are not called to judge our brother or sister, but to love them with everything we have. ❤️

I saw this post and had to share, it’s a real wake up call for churches.

An alcoholic friend of Philip Yancey once said to him:

“When I'm late to church, people turn around and stare at me with frowns of disapproval. I get the clear message that I'm not as responsible as they are. When I'm late to AA, the meeting comes to a halt and everyone jumps up to hug and welcome me. They realize that my lateness may be a sign that I almost didn't make it. When I show up, it proves that my desperate need for them won out over my desperate need for alcohol."

Lets make sure that people know how welcome they always are, that our table is really big and that there is always a place with their name on it at our table.

THIS HIT ME HARD.

Have you ever noticed how in the scriptures men are always going up into the mountains to commune with the Lord?

Yet in the scriptures we hardly ever
hear of women going to the mountains.
But we know why — right?

Because the women were too busy
keeping life going;
they couldn’t abandon babies,
meals,
homes,
fires,
gardens,
and a thousand responsibilities to make the climb into the mountains!

I was talking to a friend the other day,
saying that as modern woman
I feel like I’m never “free” enough
from my responsibilities,
never in a quiet enough space
I want with God.

Her response floored me,
“That is why God comes to women.
Men have to climb the mountain to meet God, but God comes to women where ever they are.”

I have been pondering on her words for weeks and have searched my scriptures
to see that what she said is true.
God does in deed come to women
where they are,
when they are doing their ordinary,
everyday work.

He meets them at the wells
where they draw water for their families,
in their homes,
in their kitchens,
in their gardens.

He comes to them
as they sit beside sickbeds,
as they give birth,
care for the elderly,
and perform necessary mourning and burial rites.

Even at the empty tomb,
Mary was the first to witness Christ’s resurrection,
She was there because she was doing the womanly chore of properly preparing Christ’s body for burial.

In these seemingly mundane
and ordinary tasks,
these women of the scriptures found themselves face to face with divinity.

So if — like me — you ever start to bemoan the fact that you don’t have as much time to spend in the mountains with God as you would like. Remember, God comes to women. He knows where we are and the burdens we carry. He sees us, and if we open our eyes and our hearts we will see Him, even in the most ordinary places and in the most ordinary things.

He lives. And he’s using a time such as this to speak to women around the world.

I know God will make everything right, in this world, in His time, but wow it’s getting harder and harder to live in this crazy world.

I thought watching an innocent countdown with my family for NYE was safe, but boy was I wrong.

We were are all snuggled on the couch counting down together and as soon as the ball drops they freaking pan to a a gay male couple NOT just kissing but freaking MAKING OUT and aggressively at that!!

This boils my blood so freaking bad. They completely ruined that family moment and now I don’t even know how to talk about this with my son. We literally try to filter everything specifically to avoid crap like this.

I’m sorry, but the ball drop, the Thanksgiving day parade etc should be completely and totally family and kid friendly.

Love that this image engraved into my child’s mind at the end of NYE. Thanks CBS 😡😡😡😤😤😤

So glad I am not the only one up in arms about this 👇🏼

We look back and thank God, as we look forward and trust God ❤️🙏🏼

Our world…our country…pretty much everything we know is so unsteady right now and that can cause a lot of uncertainty and fear…but God.

No matter what the future holds, when we are His children, we can trust that God always has us in His mighty hands.

So when you step into this new year, go in without fear and instead with confidence that God is always by your side no matter what this year might bring!

Blessings to you and yours for a beautiful 2024! 🥳

I think it’s so amazing how the wiseman weren’t even Jewish, yet they still knew the magnitude of what was happening…so much so that they traveled over 900 miles just to meet…a baby. Of course we know it wasn’t just any baby and they also knew the same. They said they were coming to see the KING…King Jesus!!!🙌🏼👑 They went from nonbelievers of God and technically occultists to eventually being baptized and converted to followers of Christ! Such an incredible and powerful testimony ❤️

People like to remember the old you, because they can't recognize the new you. When you start to walk fully in Christ, you won't look the same. Jesus makes you completely new

The oh so tough topic of heaven and hell... why did God create hell...why will some of us end up there? She explains it perfectly.
