NEW EPISODE - Dude Bro Party Massacre III (2015)

We're back with week 2 of Sestember - where we take a look at the storied history of the one and only Greg Sestero in relation to horror!

This week we're revisiting the horror comedy Dude Bro Party Massacre III, kickstarted by the 5SecondFilms team. Michael Rousselet, codirector for this flick, was one of the original "patient zero" viewers of The Room and a huge part of its success. When Michael called up Greg to ask him to play a role in this flick, he happily joined!

NEW BONUS EPISODE - Alien 40th Anniversary Short Films (2018)

Happy Alien Day all! We're all thinking about planet LV-426 on April 26th and decided to put together a bonus episode reviewing the six fan-made shorts set in the Alien Universe.

Back in 2018, Fox put out a contest to pitch a brief, 9 minute short film. Over 500 submissions came in, and a lucky six got to have their project funded and filmed and shown to the whole fandom.

NEW EPISODE - Phantom of the Paradise (1974)

Listen up Screwheads! Today we're talking about the 1974 rock comedy horror musical Phantom of the Paradise, a Rocky Horror-esque musical that draws inspiration from Faust, Dorian Grey and of course, Phantom of the Opera (set in a 70s concert hall).

The film that's considered one of Daft Punk's favorites (and inspired their helmets) and went on to inspire character designs from manga like Berserk.

This movie, set in the White Terror period of martial law for Taiwan, where carrying contraband books and speaking out against the government could get you whisked away to a secret state ex*****on, revolves around two high school students as they wake up in a Silent Hill-esque otherworld of their high school.
