• That Trump said in the Access Hollywood tape “If you’re a star you can grab…..”
• That Trump also said “I move on her like a bitch. I wanted to f*** her, while he was married to Melania?
• That Trump paid zero taxes for 11 out of the last 18 years, and paid $750 in 2016 and 2017, and got a $72MM refund during that period?
• That in 2018 Trump fired the entire pandemic response team that had been established by Obama and Biden?
• That in Trump’s 7 bankruptcies he was able to evade over $700MM debt he owed to small business contractors?
• That Trump owes $421MM to unknown lenders (possibly Saudi Arabia, Russia, China, Turkey)
• That 8 of Trump’s closest allies, including several in his own government, have been either convicted of or pleaded guilty to felonies? Three of his campaign managers have been indicted for or convicted of felonies.
• That Trump commuted the sentence of Roger Stone, who had been convicted by a jury of several felonies?

• That Trump routinely employed those “illegals” that he has continuously railed against?
• That Eric Trump stated unequivocally that the Trump Organization got most of their funding from Russia?
• That Trump has chosen to believe Vladimir Putin over his own intelligence services regarding election interference?
• That Trump has never confronted Russia about the credible accusation that Russia put bounties on the heads of American soldiers in Afghanistan?
• That Trump has never confronted MBS regarding the murder and dismemberment of Kashogi?
• That the Trump Foundation was forced to dissolve due to fraudulent activity such as making payments to lawyers representing DJT in lawsuits as plaintiff or defendant and purchasing 10 tall portraits of DJT to be hung in his various golf clubs?
• That there have been more than 17 claims of sexual assault against DJT?
• That literally thousands of Republicans in good standing have either mobilized or spoken out against DJT as POTUS.
• That Trump has pulled out all the stops to eliminate the ACA, but has yet to present his own healthcare plan, which he had promised “on day 1”.
• That Trump has forbidden any in his administration to testify before Congress, illegally defying bona fide subpoenas?
• That Trump calls ANY attempt to hold him accountable a “witch hunt” or a “hoax”?
• That Trump, even though he claims to hire “only the best” has removed and replaced, often several times, over 200 of his appointees in 3 ½ years?
• That Trump, like a five-year old, was angered by Denmark’s refusal to sell us Greenland and pouted and cancelled a trip there?
• That Trump has over 3000 verifiable conflicts of interest as of February 2020?

3/31/24: Trump did his “alter call” at the end of a rally on Easter Sunday and tried to recite the Lord’s Prayer totally botching it.
4/2/24: Trump claimed to have spoken to the family of Ruby Garcia, the woman slain by an illegal immigrant in Michigan. The family stated that Trump never spoke to them. He lied. BTW, there were 16 homicides committed by illegal immigrants during Trump’s presidency. Is he responsible for those?

Week of April 22, 2024: David Pe**er ironically proves that Trump is the only purveyor of FAKE NEWS by having the National Enquirer publish phony negative articles about his primary opponents in 216 and bloviating positive articles about Trump.
05/02/24: Trump claims that the gag order precludes him from testifying in his hush money trial………a clear lie. The next day the judge debunks that false claim.
05/18/24: Trump froze for 35 seconds at the NRA convention, looking like he had no idea where he was.
05/26/2024: Trump salutes the playing of “Amazing Grace”. What a moron.
05/29/2024: Jury instructions in NY courthouse for the disposition of 34 felony counts against Trump.
05/30/2024: Trump found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. He says he will gladly go to jail. I think he thinks he can out-psych the judge. Stock market surged 600 pts………the largest gain this year.
06/2024: Trump, on national TV, denies ever saying “lock her up”. There are over 30 recorded instances of him saying that.
06/06/2024: Trump, while speaking at a rally in AZ said “Here in Texas”………….his brain is cooked. At the same rally 11 people had to be taken to the hospital for heat related illnesses while waiting in the sun for Trump to appear. This demonstrates how stupid Trump supporters are.
06/08/2024: At a rally in LV Trump rambled on about shark attacks, electric boats, teleprompters, etc. He said since his uncle went to MIT that he, Donald, is very smart yada yada yada. The he said that the safety people were concerned about the crowd because of the heat, and added, but what about me…….nobody cares about me. THEN he said : “I don’t care about YOU, I just want your vote.” When he tells you who he is……believe him.
06/09/2024: Lindsey Graham, on national TV, claimed that D-Day was a failure.
06/2024: 40 out of 44 of Trump’s former cabinet members will not vote for Trump in 2024. What does that tell you?
06/15/24: Trump called his former White House doctor Ronnie Johnson, when in fact his name is Ronnie Jackson. He called him his dear dear friend, in reference to the “cognitive test” he took and “aced”. Oh the irony.

As predictable as ever as they try to blame increased costs over revenues diverted to investor dividends.

They have spent decades NOT investing in renewable energy sources. NOT investing in routine maintenance. NOT investing in cutting losses in the system. But as usual, they are blaming the economy, climate change, and a need to suddenly spend money (on everything they should have been spending excess revenues on all along).

Bottom line: If your power and water system is not publicly owned, you are getting ripped off, and excuses are all they will ever provide as they attempt to drain your bank account.

Another rate increase proposed by Portland General Electric last week has many customers up in arms, wondering how they’re going to afford paying their bills. Bob Jenks, the executive director of the Oregon Citizens’ Utility Board, talks about the reasons for the recent rate increases.

As most of us already knew, we have a choice of just two candidates this year: A man who can complete multiple sentences with coherence, and an insurrectionist whom the Republican controlled Congress has refused to properly deal with.

So send a message if you must by voting your conscience in the state primaries that remain, but make no mistake, in the general election, it's a vote for Biden - or a vote for clear corruption, fascistic ideas, and discrimination against everybody who is not a wealthy white heterosexual Christian male.

She—and some of the other Republican challengers—were good candidates on paper. But given the state of today’s GOP, there was nowhere to go for them but down.

Disappointing, though I can't say I disagree with not allowing individual states to make this determination.

We have seen how the cons will twist unfounded Russian propaganda into an impeachable offense against a Democrat. Imagine that nonsense running amok in every state to understand what the SCOTUS is preventing here.

The up side is that despite their ruling about the role of Congress, WE THE PEOPLE still get the ultimate say, not just for POTUS, but the people who enable them.

I've not posted about Gaza and Israel for much of the reasons underlined in this article: Aside from human rights and terrorism, it's complicated and storied.

My hope is that the murder will stop, and that theocratic dehumanization of the other will go along with it, but that is going to require BOTH SIDES TO ACTUALLY DO THE WORK. Leaving theocratic delusions of grandeur out of it however is paramount to that happening. Until then, turmoil will persist.

Such a complex situation cannot be boiled down to a battle between the oppressor and the oppressed.

The safety benefit is undeniable. What would it take for you support this?

Some cars have had passive ISA for over a decade now. They are basic, providing a mere warning at a preset speed that can often be adjusted by the owner.

My own car has both that and a more active system that I can easily override, or turn it all off completely. It's nice to have, but would I want a government forcing it's operation?

The National Transportation Safety Board wants to mandate intelligent speed-assist technology on all new vehicles.
