Щиро запрошуємо відвідати онлайн-виставку чеського фотографа Карла Цудліна, який 30 років тому став свідком проголошення незалежності України. Виставка триватиме до 4.09.

«Хлопці, заспокойтесь, це всього лише кінець комунізму» - згадує 1991 рік в Україні фотограф Карел Цудлін:
«Ми дісталися до Києва 22 серпня вночі, припаркували машину в парку, і там же заночували. Наступного дня ми опинилися в центрі подій. На демонстраціях ми зустріли місцевого фотографа, він запросив нас до свого дому і десь 6 наступних днів ми провели на вулицях у центрі, де проходили демонстрації.
У моїх замітках: 24.8.1991: ...крики, ентузіазм, плач, обійми молодих і старих...»

1997–2003 був одним із офіційних фотографів президента Вацлава Гавла. Його основним інтересом завжди була документальна фотографія.

У рамках Чеський центр у Києві ініціює тематичну онлайн-дискусію:
"Видимі-невидимі: жінки в культурі та історії Центрально-Східної Європи – досвід Чехії та України"

Учасники:

- Модераторка: критикиня, програмна координаторка Чеського центру у Києві Євгенія Нестерович

Подія відбуватиметься в рамках HeForShe Arts Week 2021, який проводиться організацією вчетверте.
Рух HeForShe, започаткований ООН Жінки – це глобальний рух солідарності на підтримку ґендерної рівності, в якому чоловіки та хлопчики стають головними агентами змін.

Maidan - European Debate Club

A discussion platform that connects opinion leaders with personalities from the sphere of culture, philosophy and politics; influential thinkers from the countries of the East European partnership with world known intellectuals. The word Maidan has been associated with the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity. However, Maidan is also a more general term referring to an open space for discussion. To create such space is the basic purpose of this project. The 10-part series will be broadcasted by the media in Ukraine (UA: PERSHYI), the Czech Republic (CT Artzona), Slovakia (tyzden.sk), Poland (onet.pl), Belarus (svaboda.org) and Georgia (radiotavisupleba.ge). Other countries can be involved during the realization of the project.

The program originates in the production of the Czech Center Kyiv in cooperation with partners from the Ukrainian cluster of European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) and in co-production with W Press.
