Whitney and Christina first met back in college in Upstate New York. Their theater studies took them on adventures together everywhere from Russia to New York City to London, where they shared enough warm, stale beer and questionable punch to last a lifetime. Christina moved to London and Whitney to New York and later Los Angeles. But their paths would end up leading them to the same destination:
a life in the wonderful world of wine. Follow along every week as they talk about all things vinous (and some things cocktails and beer). Via their imaginary friend Carmen Grape-iago, they'll virtually visit a famous wine region each week, dropping clues throughout the episode as to where she may be, and eventually recommending their favorite wine from the region. In between, they'll chat about everything from their travels, tastings, gripes and loves, to more informative stuff like demystifying wine terminology, essential wine and food pairings, and 'quickfire' interviews with winemakers, sommeliers, and other major players in the wine trade. Prepare to learn a lot, laugh a lot, and end up loving wine as much as they do.
