Η «ανάπτυξη» έρχεται για άλλη μια φορά στην γειτονιά των Εξαρχείων με την καθολική απαγόρευση όλων των συναυλιών στην ευρύτερη περιοχή.
Μια απόφαση που δεν διστάζει να ευθυγραμμιστεί πολιτικά με τις πιο σκοταδιστικές αντικοινωνικές αντιλήψεις για χάρη της τουριστικοποίησης, του εξευγενισμού, της πολιτικής αποστείρωσης και των συμφερόντων επιχειρηματικών κύκλων.

Οι ελεύθεροι δημόσιοι χώροι, οι πλατείες, τα κοινωνικά κέντρα, οι καταλήψεις και οι γειτονιές, είναι τα μόνα μέρη στα οποία μπορούμε να αναπνεύσουμε και να εκφραστούμε ελεύθερα.
Δεν είναι ντουβάρια, ούτε τραπεζοκαθίσματα, ούτε τσιμέντα.
Είναι μέρη που παράγουμε στο τώρα την δική μας κουλτούρα βασισμένη στην αυτοοργάνωση, μέρη που αλληλεπιδρούμε, μέρη που αγωνιζόμαστε, μέρη που αμφισβητούμε και για αυτά θα αγωνιστούμε.

Η απάντηση μας στις απαγορεύσεις ήταν και θα είναι πάντα η συλλογικοποίηση, η οργάνωση και ο συντονισμός. Απέναντι στην φίμωση των πολιτικών-πολιτιστικών εκδηλώσεων του κινήματος, θα απαντήσουμε με διαρκή κλιμάκωση των αγώνων μας, μέχρι να ανακτήσουμε το έδαφός μας.

Μέσα στις ρωγμές του σήμερα, παίρνουν μορφή οι αγώνες που θα χαράξουν το αύριο

They are places where we create our own culture in the present, based on self-organization—places where we interact, where we struggle, where we question—and for these places, we will fight.

Our response to bans has always been and will continue to be collectivization, organization and coordination.
Against the silencing of the movement’s political and cultural events, we will respond with a continuous escalation of our struggles until we reclaim our ground.

Within the cracks of today, the struggles that will shape tomorrow are taking form.
