Is it not common sense customer service for a restaurant to operate according to the hours posted at both the location and on the company website? You would think so, but apparently not. In the last week, I have been denied service by the local restaurant in Converse, TX and the local restaurant in Universal City, TX. Both restaurants closed earlier than their posted hours of operation, and did not post any explanation for their abrupt shutdown.

If you need to close early, it is just common sense to get a piece of paper and write something to the effect of “Closed early due to unforeseen circumstances, sorry for the inconvenience” and tape it to the window or speaker box at the drive-through. Otherwise, you are just leaving the impression that you are too damn lazy to finish the closing shift, and are screwing your customers and screwing yourself out of more money.

🚨PUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE🚨BOYCOTT .

I made a reservation, several days in advance, for a rental, NOT A DAMN ELECTRIC CAR, from Hertz, and when I arrived to pick it up they did not have any regular cars in my class available. My choices were to take an electric, or be put in an upgraded class for an extra $102. I argued with them, but they had no compassion, nor understanding of common sense professional customer service to just upgrade me and wave the extra cost.

I reached out to the 1-(800) reservation line to request assistance, and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, they said I would have to take the matter up with their customer service department at the same 1-(800) number originally I dialed, which only has options for reservations and road side assistance.

I ended up going to Enterprise, where I was able to acquire something for under the amount Hertz wanted charge me, and when I arrived there, they didn’t have the car booked, so they put me in a higher class AND WAVED THE UPGRADE CHARGE.

This is not the first time I have had problems with Hertz, but I have never had such unprofessional incompetence.

Take it from me folks, Hertz not only operates with incompetence, but lacks common sense customer support and service. And pushing the £U€K!NG ELECTRIC CARS is just another example.

Imagine this. . .
You stay at hotel and find that your room is infested with bug.

You’re laying in bed watching tv, and as you reach for your drink sitting on the night stand next to you, you notice small brown bugs crawling all around the rim of your cup.

You wake up the next day and discover insect bit marks on your legs. You decide to leave the hotel, and as you pack up your stuff you see the same kind of bugs crawling on your luggage.

Now you are more observant, and as you finish packing you see these bugs on the dresser and furniture. You look behind the dresser and see a large collection of these bugs and other.

You manage to trap and catch several of these bugs in a hotel cup, and take it straight to the front desk to show the staff and and ask for a partial refund on your bill. And the clerk says she will let the general manager know, but nothing comes out of it.

The hotel charges you for the whole stay, even the days you would have spent if you had not checked out early. The general manager ignores your calls and messages in the days to come.

So you call the corporate office to explain the whole ordeal, and they say they can’t do anything.

You even file a report with the county health department, and they don’t investigate.

This sonario took place at the Baymont By Wyndam Houston North (10155 North Freeway Houston, TX 77037). These bugs were not ants. They could have been tiny roaches or bedbugs.

Would you want to continue staying at any Inn or at any hotel that is owned by the parent company ?

Would you continue to go to a restaurant that constantly makes you wait half an hour to get your order only to find out they gave you someone else’s, or didn’t hold the mayonnaise or onions on your burger that you might be allergic to? This is a frequent problem I have dealt with at . So many times I drive by a location and see 2 drive thru lanes packed and a line of cars backed up all the way to the entrance to the parking lot, interfering with the traffic on the main street and blocking the cars parked in the parking lot from getting out. And on the rare times that the lines are not stretched out the kazoo, I still find myself waiting way too long to get to the window to pay only to be directed to a designated parking spot for drive thru orders to be brought out, and wait another ridiculous amount of time. And then of course there’s the occasional missing or incorrect item, or the employee comes out to tell me they don’t have anymore apple pies, something they should have checked before making me pay. But what really boils my blood is when they forget about you waiting in that drive thru pick up parking spot. Just yesterday, we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to bring out our order. Why do they call if “fast food”?

Now, it’s not just the individual locations that also show lack of customer service. I frequently complain to corporate about these order screwups and the ridiculous long waits, yet no change ever comes. On one particular occasion, they brought me off with a voucher for a complimentary medium size value meal, and when I tried to cash it in they refused to honor it.

There is no restaurant I HATE more than McDonalds. They take on too much, operate too slow, and show no remorse for their mistakes. They don’t care about the customers they p**s off. They need to be driven out of business.

Would you continue to do business with a pharmacy that repeatedly makes you wait almost half an hour in line to pick up a prescription that was suppose to be ready only to find out they don’t have it in stock, or they changed the amount of pills/vials without consulting you or the doctor and did not even tell you, or provide you with the wrong paperwork detailing what kind of symptoms/side effects to be aware of?

This is a common example of dangerous incompetence I have suffered from . When I needed to pick up a diabetic’s 3 month supply of insulin, the pharmacy took it upon them selves to change it to a one month supply without informing me or confirming this with the patient or prescribing doctor. Imagine my surprise when after finishing the first vial of insulin I went to the fridge to get the second vial and discovered the remaining 2 sealed boxes empty. Despite my complaints to the pharmacy manager and corporate, and taking the scripts to a different location, I would frequently have to check and make sure the number of vials was correct prior to paying only to discover they tried to give me 1 instead of 3.

Would you continue to do business with a store that frequently sells you expired food or drinks that you take back for an exchange or refund, and they say ‘sorry, you have already had too many food/drink returns this year’, or discover that they took the expired item that you returned and put it back on the shelf?

Or constantly leaves departments unattended where items you want to purchase are locked up, and when you ask for assistance it takes 15-30 minutes for an associate to finally arrive who dose not have the keys or dose not know where they are.

These experiences happen to me repeatedly at , and no matter how many times I complain to the manger or called corporate to file a complaint, nothing ever changes. It’s no surprise given how many times I have overheard employees in store say they are not going to respond to a call for customer service, or how it has been documented when an employee who has had enough will use the store’s PA system to announce to everyone what is wrong with the store, management, and the company and they are quitting.

Have you ever had a bad experience at a restaurant, hotel, store, or any other kind of business where you spend your time and money on goods or services?

Did you complain to management or corporate?

Did they ignore you? Did they apologize and say they would correct the mistake, but didn’t?? Did they try to bribe you or buy you off with in-store credit, a gift card, or company reward points, and do nothing about correcting the actual problem???

These are all too common problems happening everywhere. They all have happened to me. Companies like , , , and get your hard earned money while you get screwed, and they carry on while laughing all the way to the bank. It’s unfair. It’s unprofessional. And, it’s crooked. That is why I have started this page, to inform the general public in an attempt to inspire all of you like me who have been wronged by such incompetence to help make change.

We should use our rights to free speech and protest to expose this crookedness, and force common sense change. Be it making them fix their mistakes or boycotting them into going out of business.
