Lets talk about football
Mohunbagan fans are nauseated as they played one of their worst games and drew against the 10th team in the ISL. The Mariners had everything going for them, but they couldn't score and played very defensively. With a need for reinforcement in the attack-defense linkup, coach Juan Ferrando brought in Damjanovic by substituting Carl. Puitea started from the bench and didn't get a single minute of game time. Mohunbagan and Jamshedpur each had 26 shots on goal, but the game ended in a stalemate. Mohunbagan committed 12 fouls and earned three yellow cards. Only captain Pritam Kotal, goalkeeper Asish Rai, and guardian Vishal were impressive throughout the game. The Mariners are fourth in the table thanks to their guru Kaith, who was once unpopular with the fans but is now their favorite; without Vishal Mohunbagan, they could fall below Jamshedpur. Bengal boys Ritwik and Boris, as well as their most important player, Jet, left marks in the field and brought in one point. Both Kolkata giants are in poor shape. Mariners fans are irritated with goalkeeper Juan, who appears to have lost control of the games, has no backup plan, and is confused about substitutions. Fans are demanding that the coach be fired and replaced with someone who can produce great results. The playoffs are now the goal for Mohun Bagan, and Jamshedpur will face Hyderabad next.
