Happyworks Studio is looking for a Senior Visualizer who can transform imaginative designs into captivating experiences!
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in creative graphics design.
- Expertise in static & motion graphics design.
- Graduated from any recognized university.
- Skilled in Ps, Ai, Ae, 3Ds Max.
- Skilled in design management and multi-tasking.
- Excellent initiative and problem solving skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and visual strategies for branding, advertising, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for social media campaigns, including static posts, reels, banners, and stories, ensuring alignment with the latest trends to maximize audience engagement.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and inspire the team to push boundaries in creativity and innovation.
- Conduct design reviews to maintain creative excellence and ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and social media dynamics to create impactful, result-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
Salary: As per industry standard
Job Location: Dhaka
Office hours: Sunday to Thursday 10 am to 7 pm (including prayers and lunch break)
Job Nature: Full time
