prison stay will likely outlast his marriage ... his wife of almost a year is allegedly divorcing him.

According to court documents we obtained, Raina Chassagne filed her divorce petition last week, citing the usual irreconcilable differences as her reason for the split.

It doesn’t appear she ever bothered to change her last name to Peterson to match Tory’s legal name.

They’d quietly gotten hitched on June 25, 2023 — so there won’t be a first anniversary celebration.

She’s also asking for legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son Kai ... which would only make sense with Tory doing time. However, worth noting, Raina has taken Kai to visit Tory during his prison stay.

Tory’s currently serving a 10-year sentence for shooting

If you can recall, previously addressed an active warrant on her instagram live earlier this year, and mentioned that she had no plans on turning herself in. Why? Well, she says she didn’t want to be away from her son, Chrisean Jr. or as Blueface said, little
Charles B.

While we’re not sure if today’s arrest stems from the warrant she discussed in March or if this is something new, it’s important to note that the warrant she addressed on live was concerning an incident from 2022 that includes drug and traffic charges.

Chrisean has been connected to a number of legal situations including the alleged assault of background singer- Which she denied but video evidence showed he did sustain injuries from
“someone.”

Chrisean showed up to court with the baby. It’s no telling when Chrisean Sr. will be released. We know she’ll be fighting TOOTH and nail to get back to her son.

It seems that Jennifer Lopez may be hinting at the status of her marriage to Ben Affleck, and this hint doesn’t seem to match up with the fact that everyone, without exception, appears to be moving forward.

On Saturday night, Jennifer Lopez was spotted at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, wearing her wedding ring. She was accompanied by a friend, but Ben Affleck was not seen with her.

TMZ recently reported that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have listed their $60 million home for sale through an off-market listing with realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency. The luxurious property has been discreetly shown to potential buyers over the past two weeks.

Ben has already moved out of the house ... he’s in a rental in Brentwood.

was accused of a lot of wrongdoing by a former Yeezy employee, but he’s hitting back — claiming it’s actually her who’s in the wrong ... alleging she’s trying to extort him.

A legal rep for Ye stated... “In response to these baseless allegations, will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him s*xually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”

The rep also accuses — who sued Ye on Monday for s*xual harassment and wrongful termination, among other things — of stealing Kanye’s phone in an attempt to destroy evidence that would run counter to her narrative.

As for why got canned ... Ye has a different version of events, with his legal rep telling us she was terminated for being unqualified, and for allegedly demanding unreasonable sums of cash (including a $4 million salary) ... plus “lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

Kanye’s team goes on to accuse Pisciotta of sending Kanye nudes and soliciting him for s*x herself — all of which the rep claims Ye denied. The legal rep also claims Pisciotta made demands for lots of stuff during her tenure there, including high-priced items such as Birkin bags, a Lambo, and more.

His team goes on to say that upon being rebuked for these demands, she allegedly started resorting to attempted extortion and blackmail — with Ye and co. claiming she made demands in the tens of millions of dollars before she ultimately filed the lawsuit.

Pisciotta alleged in her lawsuit that Kanye had bombarded her with incredibly inappropriate s*xual messages while she worked for him — and in the end, she claims he never paid her ... not to mention wrongfully firing her.

It has been announced that has made the difficult decision to cancel her upcoming "THIS IS ME...LIVE" tour, which was set to kick off in June and run through August across North America.

The cancellation is due to Jennifer's desire to take time off and be with her children, family, and close friends. Despite the tour seeing an increase in ticket sales in key cities, expressed her devastation at letting her fans down and promised to make it up to them in the future. In his hush money criminal trial in , Trump was found guilty on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up his payment to Stormy Daniels. The jury deliberated for almost 12 hours before reaching a verdict. The charges were related to the $130,000 hush money payment made to Daniels to keep her silent about an alleged affair during the 2016 election.

Despite pleading not guilty, Trump was defiant throughout the trial. The prosecution had to prove that Trump falsified his business records to conceal the payment as a campaign expense. Prosecutors argued that Trump's goal was to hide the payment to aid his 2016 election campaign.

Trump’s defense attorney Todd Blanche maintained DT’s innocence ... noting in his closing statements, “It’s as true right now as it was on April 22. And that is President Trump is innocent. He did not commit any crimes, and the district attorney has not met their burden of proof — period. The evidence is all in.”

In the March 5, 2016 footage obtained by CNN, the rapper apparently grabs his then-girlfriend Ventura by the neck and kicks her multiple times.

So, apparently managed to get his hands on an unreleased track on Sunday, and he played it on his livestream. In the track, KC talks about how people have been disrespecting his family's name, and I bet his dad was happy about it.

King established himself as a legitimate rapper and opens the track with aggressive bars, “I dare one of you n****s to scream out “ “... f**k that n****a up!!!” — and then answers the constant question about Diddy’s whereabouts, “Asking where my pops at?/He on a G6 getting a lineup.”

As we all know in March, Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami got raided. During the L.A. raid, King and his siblings were taken out of the mansion at gunpoint. Which I'm sure must have been a traumatic experience for them.

On the song, King dismisses the federal raids as being off the mark, suggesting 50 Cent is the government’s true prize ... and goes off into a lyrical flurry that connects 50 with his song “Many Men,” his Queens hometown, and Eminem into the mix.

50 Cent mockingly responded to the track all through Monday ... claiming the threats made him fear for his life, but returned insults by bringing up King’s ongoing lawsuit for s*xual assault.

Hey, so apparently there's a new variant popping up called . According to the latest report from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this variant has undergone further mutations and has been detected through wastewater sampling, which means it's already present in the population.

The report suggests that one of these FLiRT variants, KP.2, accounted for around 25% of new Covid cases from April 14 to April 27. Another FLiRT variant, KP.1.1, accounted for about 7.5% of cases, putting it behind only three JN strains.

This means that KP.2 is now more common than the previously dominant JN.1 variant, which still accounts for around 22% of cases.r. Megan Ranney, dean of the Yale School of Public Health, shared concerns about the FLiRT variants, particularly regarding changes observed in the virus’s spike protein. This protein is crucial for the virus to invade the body and cause illness.

Experts are alarmed by these changes, especially considering the declining vaccination rates among Americans. The CDC indicates that since September.

Judge Juan Merchan has found former President in contempt for violating the gag order in his hush money trial for the 10th time and said he’ll consider jail time going forward.

“Going forward, this court will have to consider a jail sanction,” Merchan said Monday.

“Mr. Trump, it’s important you understand, the last thing I want to do is put you in jail. You are the former president of the United States and possibly the next president as well,” Merchan said.

“The magnitude of this decision is not lost on me but at the end of the day I have a job to do,” the judge added. “So as much as I don’t want to impose a jail sanction … I want you to understand that I will if necessary and appropriate.”

Merchan fined $1,000 for the violation and ordered he pay the fine by close of business Friday. Last week, the judge fined Trump $9,000 for nine previous violations of the judge’s gag order.

Violations of the gag order are punishable by a fine of up to $1,000, by jail time of up to 30 days, or both.

The gag order blocks the defendant from speaking out about potential witnesses and most people in or associated with the court or the New York district attorney’s office.

The contempt order comes several weeks into Trump’s hush money trial in New York. Prosecutors have accused Trump of 34 counts of falsifying business records for allegedly hiding the way Michael Cohen was reimbursed for paying $130,000 to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in order to keep her quiet before the 2016 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied the affair.

“President Trump has not violated this wrongful edict by a partisan operative,” he said. “The threat to throw the 45th President of the United States and the leading candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election in jail for exercising his First Amendment rights is a Third World authoritarian tactic typical of Crooked Joe Biden and his comrades.”

A judge has declined to dismiss hundreds of lawsuits filed against rap star over his role in the deadly 2021 festival in which 10 people were killed in a crowd surge.

State District Judge Kristen Hawkins issued a one-page order denying Scott’s request that he and his touring and production company, XX Global, be dropped from the case. The order was signed Tuesday but made public on Wednesday.

Scott’s attorneys had argued during an April 15 hearing that he was not responsible for safety planning and watching for possible dangers at the concert on Nov. 5, 2021.

They argued Scott’s duties and responsibilities related to the festival dealt only with creative aspects, including performing and marketing.

However, Noah Wexler, an attorney for the family of Madison Dubiski, 23, one of the 10 people killed, said Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, had a “conscious disregard for safety” at the sold-out festival. Wexler argued Scott encouraged people who didn’t have tickets to break in and ignored orders from festival organizers to stop the concert when told to do so as people in the crowd were hurt or dying.

Today (April 25), submitted court documents, claiming that had physically abused her. She specifically alleges that there was an incident in which Jeezy pushed her down the stairs. In the court docs, the TV host provides photos of her alleged injuries.

However, vehemently denies these abuse allegations. The rapper & author says the specific incident that she is referring to is a complete lie. Court docs state that the injuries that references are actually from a golf court accident.

There are photos that illustrate how the injury happened and the time frame in which it occurred. Jeezy also provides photos of the injuries that he allegedly suffered from the golf cart accident. Jeannie Mai alleges the incident took place in April.
The text messages indicate a date of June, months after the alleged incident.
