I so appreciate YOU! Thank you to all who have taken the time to listen to the podcast.

It was a bit ambitious of me to take on a weekly podcast. This has been a learning curve for sure. When checking in with myself and noticing what was present for me, a weekly episode is too much and I want to stay aligned with my needs and values.

This podcast isn't just about stories. It's about inviting presence into our lives and relationships. That takes time. It takes time to listen, digest, reflect, process, and integrate. I want to have space to hear what comes up for you, and space for sharing and support.

So there will be a new episode every other week. I am excited to share more with you!
