Last week I taught 6 kids cooking classes!! Here’s a glimpse at one of the days. 🌈👩🏻🍳 New foods were tried and lots of fun was had!!

Shamrock Smoothie ☘️💚 I don’t measure for smoothies but here are the ingredients: frozen banana, frozen zucchini, spinach, pineapple, and milk of choice. I added a kiwi shamrock on the glass using a mini heart cutter for extra fun!
My son requested broccoli 😳 so I made it my favorite way by roasting it in the oven with maple syrup and liquid aminos ( or soy sauce ). He said “it’s not too bad” 😂
Snowflake Wraps ❄️ My kids, recent obsession with paper snowflakes gave me this idea - so we tried it!! We used Egglife wraps because they’re super soft, pliable, and won’t break apart like a lot of other gluten free tortillas! Fold it just like you would a paper one, use kitchen scissors and make a design!! We used it to top a cheese quesadilla but you could use it however you want. What do you think?! We loved how they turned out!!

Can’t stop won’t stop making beautiful boards!!! This brunch board is the perfect way to serve a bunch of people at once without being stuck in the kitchen. My kids love it, I love it. Basically, you need to make one!!
On this board:
🥐 The Neighborhood Nest gluten free biscuits
🍯 mini jams and honey
🥓 bacon
🥚 hard boiled eggs ( easiest way t serve eggs since they get cold so easy and hard boiled are supposed to be cold! )
🧀 cheese slices
🍇 grapes ( my kids love cutting their own but make sure they are cut age appropriate! )
🍓 strawberries
🫐 blueberries
🍊 cara cara oranges
I love to make little sandwiches with the biscuit, bacon, egg, cheese, and jam. SOOOO GOOD! And as always, totally #GlutenFree!!
