A question…

Could it possibly be that the reason we don’t see a solution to this violent, bloodthirsty American elephant in the room in this country is that the mostly-White male domestic terrorists committing these mass murders on the regular are the bizarro mirror image of political terrorists in office like Tom Cotton, Jim Jordan and Ted Cruz? Political terrorists who implement hateful, supremacist policy that dog-whistles/enables these fools to action (archetypes they recognize from their own families and communities)? Policy that maims, injures, & ultimately kills far more people than any shooter possible could?

The crazy thing is things are getting worse as the poor and working class Americans who, although they are diminished by it in every way(!), sit by idly and quietly support the mess, pretending we don’t see what’s happening and who is committing these atrocities. As a once reluctantly-progressive nation experiences moral atrophy, and descends into a sh****le status from which we will sadly likely never recover.
