Here's my wife's take about leadership communications and lessons to be learned from Trump (she does this every presidential cycle, and will do it for the Dems as well).

CNN pi**ed me off this morning, suggesting that there was optimism for the Democrats because Trump was long, rambling, and showed decline. What patronizing crock of garbage.

Trump nailed it last night, and we need a candidate with star power who can beat Trump on merit. CNN suggesting that it can be easy is self-destructive behavior.

Misinformation regarding parental alienation (PA) theory has been published many times in journals and books since the 1980s. There is no way to know what has been going on in the minds of PA critics without asking, but it’s well known that some critics want to discredit PA theory because they think it makes it easier for abusive parents to escape responsibility for their abuse. Here’s a great explanation as to why PA misinformation must stop.

In this video Randy Flood discusses the tension between the anti-domestic violence advocates and parental alienation theorists. It's acknowledged that batte...

For those who want government reform, whether you’re in a state where judges are elected like PA or appointed like New Jersey, the strongest way to reform government is from the inside as a committee person. There is no stringent requirement, you either run for office (there are often vacancies and elections can be non-contested), and they have 1100 times more power than a voter so you’re in a much more powerful place to bring about social change. This video shows what insiders say about it. Please watch and share.

https://youtu.be/u8tpJ9Onoj8 Eric Weitz, former chair of the Phila Bar Commission on Judicial Selection discussed its Judicial Candidate rating system, the Bar Association Bylaws, and the policies and procedures, and process in which the Bar Association rates judges to aid voters in electing judges. This system serves as a model for rating candidates so that voters can make fully informed choices based upon merit and objectively measured criteria. The Philadelphia Bar makes an effort to allow candidates to be chosen based upon merit rather than random political factors or the influence of money in politics.

Flat rate legal fees are when an attorney charges a flat rate for a set legal task. The other way of saying this is Limited Scope Representation. The fee is the same regardless of the number of hours spent or the outcome of the case. Flat rates are increasingly popular and more and more attorneys are willing to offer them to clients. https://youtu.be/0M7wrcasc80

https://youtu.be/DPHDCRj-78g Negotiate, collaborate, and compromise, don't litigate! You might think you won your family court case, but the expense of court often leads both sides to realize that they both lost. There are no winners after expensive litigation. For a variety of reasons, mediation is the better way to resolve your family law dispute.

Here is a clear, simple explanation of the causes of the problems in family court, the courts as a whole, and why things need to change. We have a stronger chance of bringing about meaningful reform when we understand the cause of the problems. This applies to all courts, whether judges are elected or appointed. Please share with everyone. Bringing awareness is a necessary first step! https://youtu.be/DIm58-ujCjw

Also, judges have over-crowded dockets, insufficient time to make critical decisions, and absolute power which can lead to abuse. This video discusses how vulnerable family court litigants are in family court and the abuses that can occur.

A common criticism of family court is that Judges have too much power without accountability. Thomas Jefferson himself worried about the absolute power of judges. I propose five reform measures which will substantially reduce the undue influence of judicial bias. Family reform advocates should support these ethics reform measures in addition to any other proposed law like shared parenting.
