She's the newest resident on my Island. And If you have no idea what I'm talking about, consider yourself lucky!!

I have been abnormally obsessed with Animal Crossing 😫but getting to know all these cute characters and basically designing a whole island from scratch has been so fun!!! Rest assured, you will meet all of my residents in time ❤️

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to water my produce 🫶🏽

Oh hey! Remember me?....

I used to do art a lot. I stopped one day, couldn't tell you why but it felt like I really lost any desire to create literally anything for a long time...I didn't even want to look at my tablet let alone draw on it.

I started to worry that I used up all my artsy goodness and I was feeling so empty... but...yesterday an idea popped in my head, like it used to a long time ago, and I got this crazy urge to just...draw it. I'm not saying "I'm back!!" but I am saying, I'm still here... Even if it takes a little time to recharge.

Thank you to everyone who is still here for your incredible patience even if you just forgot to unfollow 😬

and to those who left...doesn't matter cause they're not gonna see it anyway.

I missed you, guys. I hope to be back soon.

A happy new year to you and yours ❤️ the final prompt for the drawing challenge has me picking an oldie but goodie from my winter drawings last year. I think it fits "Winter & Wonder" quite nicely!

2023 has had a lot of ups and downs, a lot of feeling like I'm doing the wrong thing or that I am a complete noob that doesn't know how to do anything, and of course...that my art is horrible 😂 I am hoping 2024 brings more courage and confidence in myself. It'll be a lot of work but 🤷🏾‍♀️ f**k it right? 😂

Wishing you all a great new year and I thank you so so much for coming along this journey with me, I look forward to our budding friendship and hope 2024 brings you everything wonderful that you deserve ❤️

Prompt 7!!! One more til the end of the challenge 😭 this has been the most fun, I really loved being able to draw again ❤️

This illustration was inspired by my (unpopular opinion) love for comfy gifts 😂 as a kid, my grandparents always got us socks, gloves, hats, and lounge wear 🎁 my sister and I made it our mission to wear every single piece of clothing we got and by the end of the night looked very much like Ralphy in A Christmas Story 🤣 I cherish these memories more now that we are all grown up and our grandparents have passed, but I'll never forget how much fun we had with just a few pairs of socks ❤️ I hope you all had a comfy and cozy Christmas 🎄🎁
