A happy new year to you and yours ❤️ the final prompt for the drawing challenge has me picking an oldie but goodie from my winter drawings last year. I think it fits "Winter & Wonder" quite nicely!

2023 has had a lot of ups and downs, a lot of feeling like I'm doing the wrong thing or that I am a complete noob that doesn't know how to do anything, and of course...that my art is horrible 😂 I am hoping 2024 brings more courage and confidence in myself. It'll be a lot of work but 🤷🏾‍♀️ f**k it right? 😂

Wishing you all a great new year and I thank you so so much for coming along this journey with me, I look forward to our budding friendship and hope 2024 brings you everything wonderful that you deserve ❤️

Prompt 7!!! One more til the end of the challenge 😭 this has been the most fun, I really loved being able to draw again ❤️

This illustration was inspired by my (unpopular opinion) love for comfy gifts 😂 as a kid, my grandparents always got us socks, gloves, hats, and lounge wear 🎁 my sister and I made it our mission to wear every single piece of clothing we got and by the end of the night looked very much like Ralphy in A Christmas Story 🤣 I cherish these memories more now that we are all grown up and our grandparents have passed, but I'll never forget how much fun we had with just a few pairs of socks ❤️ I hope you all had a comfy and cozy Christmas 🎄🎁

This took me longer than I wanted and it is solely because I kept crashing my Photoshop trying to do the damn mockups 🤣 so swipe through and see the 2nd prompt to the challenge: mint & pink!

Very excited to get back into the drawing challenges! It's been awhile and yesterday's DTIYS really sparked my love and excitement to create new illustrations! I've been so focused on building a business I completely left behind why I started this account in the first place...

Here's my "style" of her incredible illustration! Of course I was EXTRA af AND made it square (it's a habit 🤦🏾‍♀️) so kitty's image was a little cut off (sorry kitty!!!)😬🫣

Couldn't decide which I liked more ✨ finally starting to get back into illustrating!! I feel like I've been so focused on other things to get my business going that I've forgotten what I actually started this account for!! So hopefully you'll be seeing more from me soon especially since I just got some amazing new textures, brushes and more so I can't wait to experiment more with those ❤️ in the meantime, which is your favorite??
