Talent: Ted Kluck, author; Ronnie Marti

Ted Kluck is the author of several books, on topics ranging from Mike Tyson to the Emergent Church. Both Why We're Not Emergent and Why We Love the Church (with Kevin DeYoung) won Christianity Today Book of the Year awards, and Paper Tiger: One Athlete's Journey to the Underbelly of Pro Football won a Michigan Notable Book award in 2008. His work has also appeared in ESPN the Magazine and Christianity Today. Ted has played professional indoor football, coached high school football, trained as a professional wrestler, served as a missionary, and taught writing courses at the college level. He lives in Grand Ledge, MI with his wife Kristin and sons Tristan and Maxim. He once owned a used Volvo and currently has a boxing ring in his basement. For more information, visit www.tedkluck.com
Ronnie Martin is a national and internationally known recording artist who has released 10 + critically acclaimed albums for the Tooth and Nail label under the Joy Electric alias. He is one of the few remaining major artists creating music entirely through analog electronics. Other projects include:
• The Brothers Martin (a pop-rock collaboration with his brother Jason from Starflyer 59)
• The Foxglove Hunt (collaboration with Rob Withem from Fine China)
• Ronald of Orange (acoustic-indie-pop side-project on the VBM label)
• Said Fantasy (a new electronic project formed in 2010)
He was also the founder and previous owner of electronic music label, Plastiq Musiq. Currently, Ronnie is the founder and owner of eepsociety, which is an independent studio and record label specializing in electronic sounds and production. He is also on staff at Grace Brethren Church in Ashland, Ohio as Worship Arts Pastor.
