As I approach 50, I’ve been working diligently to maintain a healthy body and reverse any damage that I’ve done in the past. Well today I had my annual eye exam and learned that my eye sight has actually improved!!! Aging backwards is a real thing!

I’ve been intentional about my protein intake lately as I work on building more muscle. This is the perfect post workout protein packed smoothie!

1 cup flax milk
1 tablespoon h**p seeds
2 scoops protein powder
2 bananas
Spirulina
Handful of spinach
Frozen mixed berries
Water to blend
