In a panda-stic showdown, the Patmos Pandas defeated Olivion, 21-18, in the Seniors’ Girls’ Basketball. Olive was leading 18-16 until the Pandas’ Alianna Zhang, with 55.8 seconds left in the game, scored two points. The Pandas then sealed the game with three more unanswered points. Lucy Wang earned 15 for the Pandas, while Olive was led by Jiayu Cai with eight.

In the Juniors’ Boys’ Basketball, the Damascus Dreamers proved that they’re nothing to sleep on, defeating the Nazareth Nighthawks 42–26. Nazareth’s Ginjiro Data sparked an early run, but Damascus’ Nathan Fenix took control of the game with 22 points to lead his team to victory.

The Nighthawks soared to victory as the Juniors’ chess champions, sweeping both the boys’ and girls’ divisions. The Badgers and Dreamers followed for the boys, while Dreamers and Badgers claimed second and third, respectively, for the girls. Over in the Seniors’ Division, Zion and Olive were crowned boys’ and girls’ champions, respectively, with Olive and Patmos taking second and third, respectively, for the boys, and for the girls, Patmos in second and Zion in third.

In the Seniors’ Bracket table tennis, Zionation beat the Patmos Pandas, 3–2, winning Boys’ Singles A and B and Girls’ Singles B, while Olivion won Girls’ Singles A and Mixed Doubles. Olivion outlasted the Pandas, with wins in Boys’ Singles B, Girls’ Singles A and B, and Mixed Doubles; while Patmos managed to secure Boys’ Singles A. In the Juniors’ Bracket, the Damascus Dreamers outplayed the Nazareth Nighthawks, securing wins in Girls’ Singles B, Boys’ Singles A, and Mixed Doubles, while Nazareth took the other two events. The Nighthawks bounced back in their matchup against the Berea Badgers, sweeping all five events.

To close the second day of the intramurals, Zionation triumphed over Olivion in three sets for the Seniors’ Mixed Volleyball Division, 15–20, 20–10, 20–18. Bryce Co, Kailey Chua, and Joshua Tan led the team to victory.

The 22nd ICHTHUS Intramurals opened with a thriller as Zionation edged out the Patmos Pandas, 54–52, in the Seniors’ Boys’ Division. Patmos had a 25–23 halftime lead, but Zionation stormed back with a 10-point advantage entering the fourth. Despite Patmos’ Jego Tan’s free throws narrowing the gap, Zionation held firm to seal the win. In the Juniors’ Boys’ Division, the Damascus Dreamers turned their visions into victory, defeating the Berea Badgers, 52–33. Berea’s Joaquin Tugna led with 22 points, while the Dreamers’ duo Jaime Uyecio and Vihaan Chandiramani each scored 22 to secure the win.

The Berea Badgers also triumphed in the Junior Girls’ Division, sending the Nazareth Nighthawks back to their nest with a 13–8 win. Seungjoo Kim dominated with 10 points, creating a gap Nazareth couldn’t close.

The Juniors’ Mixed Volleyball match saw the Damascus Dreamers sweep the Nazareth Nighthawks, 20–10, 20–10. Strong serves from the Dreamers’ Tiger Du set the pace early on in the game. The Nighthawks’ Kyra Ang held their defense, but they couldn’t stop the Dreamers from cruising to victory. In the Seniors’ Mixed Volleyball Division, the Olivions dismantled the Patmos Pandas, 20–5, 20–8. Olive’s Carl Cu and Soleil Dionisio took charge with sharp service aces, and despite Justine Tan’s efforts, the Pandas couldn’t recover.

In the Seniors’ Tennis Table Bracket, the Olivions sent Zionation into oblivion, winning four of five matches—including both Boys’ and Girls’ Singles events. Zion salvaged a Mixed Doubles win. In the Juniors’ Bracket, the Damascus Dreamers swept the Badgers in all five categories in a flawless performance.

Strategy ruled the boards as the Damascus Dreamers and Berea Badgers drew 2–2 in Junior Boys’ play, before the Nazareth Nighthawks swooped in for a 3–1 win over Berea. The Olivions defeated the Pandas, 3–1, then tied Zionation, 2–2, in the Senior Boys’ Division. The Dreamers beat the Badgers, 3–1, in Junior Girls’, while the Olivions beat the Pandas, 3-1, in Senior Girls’.
