JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for all the manufacturing-related activities in a factory
2. Planning, coordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure timely delivery of the products
3. Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedules and getting approved by the senior administration
4. Procuring factory equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance
5. Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
6. Timely communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management
7. Strictly monitoring standards and quality control
8. Keeping a check on factory workers
9. Preparing regular production reports and submitting them to senior management
10. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in business administration, industrial management, logistics or related field
2. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
3. Certification in inventory management and quality control
4. Proficient in Microsoft office
5. Ability to multitask
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Effective communication skills
