After many delays, the time has finally arrived for us to begin releasing some new material. BEATRIX will release our first official two-track single 'Maggot Infested Brain' on September 27th. Available for streaming and casette format, limited to 65 copies. Our listeners will recognise the title track from the demo, but the B-side Child Soldiers, has only been previously played live. This release will only serve as a taste of what's to come because our upcoming EP, including four different tracks, is due to release towards the end of the year. More on that closer... The great band announced the release of their upcoming album yesterday.
“Inside the Sickened Mind” will be released on the 4th of October.
Thrasherwolf is a fantastic band. So we are super excited for this album and we have a great feeling about it. We would definitely recommend this one.

‼️ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT: WITH MURDEROUS INTENT!

🔥Today we are excited to be able to finally reveal and announce our brand new album: "With Murderous Intent"! A celebration of horror through the decades, its icons, iconography, and all things delightfully gruesome!

⚡️Written and recorded throughout a tumultuous two year period within the band, our second album sees us embrace a more complex, unrestrained, and aggressive sound, that whilst is still firmly set in our thrash roots, now also pulls from our combined love of genres more extreme. Instead of turning down ideas because of genre definitions, we decided to embrace what felt right, leading to a sound that perfectly captures the band and lineup as it stands today!

⚫️Our first mainline release with guitarist Matt Mcloughlin and drummer Matt Longshaw, along with longtime members Tyler Larkin on vocals and guitar, and Curtis Goodyear on bass, sees us match the savagery and violence of the albums inspirations, with surgically precise yet wildly unhinged songs and performances across the board that feel like the true next step on this journey for Blacklist!

With Murderous Intent will be released 02/08/2024

Are you looking to discover new and great underground Metal bands? Do you want to hear stories about interesting and funny things that can take place when touring as an underground Metal band?
If so, you have come to the right place.

Metal Verbalizers podcast is hosted by the two brothers Erik and Johan. We felt that there is a need for a podcast that specializes in promoting underground Metal. And that’s exactly what we aim to do.
Erik focuses on more classic Heavy Metal and more melodic sub-genres. While Johan focuses on Thrash Metal and Extreme Metal.

Before we started the podcast we often discussed underground Metal bands that we thought deserved much more listeners. But at that time, we mostly just talked about it. We started the podcast as a way to actually try doing something about it and helping the underground bands we like.

We have received messages from listeners thanking us for helping them discover new great bands. Even new underground Metal bands have discovered other new underground Metal bands thanks to this podcast. So if you are interested in also discovering bands like that, we believe this podcast can help you too.
If you are not interested in new Metal bands and claim that there aren't any great Metal bands starting anymore, please check us out anyways. Because we believe that this podcast is proving that’s definitely not true.

If you are playing in a band or know about a band that we haven’t featured, then you are more than welcome to contact us through any of the methods below. It is of course completely free of charge to request and be featured on the podcast. However, for numerous reasons we can't always guarantee a feature.
