Beautiful day here to do some grilling. Busted out some country spare ribs on the kettle that turned out amazing! Huge shout out to for the hookup, that spice blend of the Tierra Santa was the perfect choice for pork. And you know I had to finish it off with some fire roasted garlic and habanero, and their hot honey. Perfect combination for the meat sweats.
