Scaling Mt. Pulag was once just a dream, now turned reality. Stepping foot on the Playground of the Gods was truly a core memory, etched in my heart forever. What made it even more special was embarking on the journey solo and walking out of my comfort zone. And I am grateful to the beautiful souls I met along this wonderful page of my 'book of life'.🏔️✨

One of my students asked about the most important relationship for me, and it made me think for a second... "Relationship to myself," I answered. Then, I realized, I was building my relationship with myself all along. It dawned on me – every hike, every trek, was a journey towards self-discovery and inner peace. Turns out, every uphill climb and serene trail i went through, there's 'me' making peace with myself. 🌿💛
