CAS is a 24 hour broadcast featuring videos of ballet, music, opera, etc. This programming will be augmented by shows from our library, such as "Wyoming Portraits" and "Wolf Gang Presents". But that is just the beginning. We have begun filming original shows just for this channel. We will spotlight festivals, concerts, plays, and numerous other cultural events. In addition, we will feature a behin

d the scenes look at several city services, a focus on education, as well as a comprehensive community bulletin board. How about a mini-series filmed in Casper featuring local talent?
