KZine was started in August 2012 to showcase the work of local artists. Submissions of poetry, photography, essays, short stories, and any type of art are always welcome. I am starting to branch out in the subject matter of each issue. I am also revisiting papers, essays, and other pieces that I have written in college as subject matter for some
issues. KZine is an ever-evolving zine, but it will always be centered around the arts, making our voices heard, and dealing with current issues that seem to be swept under the rug by the majority of the population. Several regular back-issues of KZine are currently available, as well as The Music Issue, a special edition, and two issues of KZine Micro, and an issue of KZine Mini. Granted, I can't find the song,
I can't locate that specific tune.
Yet, it continues on in my mind.
If I had a spirit,

Springfield peeps, please keep an eye out for this sweet, sweet cat. He is missing from the Old Monterey Apartments near Jefferson and Battlefield. He darted out of the house on Friday evening. Sherman is my best friend's baby, and my kitty nephew, and he truly is a sweetheart. He isn't wearing a collar and isn't chipped, unfortunately. He is entirely jet black, even his whiskers. His eyes are yellow. He is a slender build but is nor a small or light kitty. He's too much of a wanderer for our liking!
If you don't mind, would you please share if you're in the area or know people in the area? We've just GOT to being him home. My bestie is one of the best humans you will ever meet, and she's a teacher who just wants her cuddle buddy home.
