*Long Post warning*

Logitech this has been ridiculous. November 23rd 2024 I sent the first email about problems with my brand new A50's I bought from Best Buy.
Everything started off fine for a warranty claim. I sent my whole headset in, in the same box I bought it in, assuming they were replacing the whole kit(Ill take the blame for that,I guess🥴). Approximately 2 weeks later or so, I get sent back a headset, WITHOUT a docking station or anything.....which renders them useless. After multiple emails back and forth, I was offered an "Upgrade"....a set of A50X's.....for my troubles. I agreed.
I received my A50X's last week with all of the necessary hardware, and the receipt you see here as a Refurbished headset....valued lower at what I spent on the original headset this started with. I shook it off, after all, these are an "upgrade". After some issues getting them to even turn on(Insane right?) and an email back to Logitech, we got them finally fired up and ready to use......I thought all was well.
Sike......NO AUDIO on the right side of the headset. I thought for sure it had to be a setting on the headset or my PC right??? Nope. I gave the headset a wiggle while I had my game playing and wouldn't ya know.....Audio shows up on the right side🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. So this refurbished headset most definitely was not fixed correctly and now here Iam STILL without a working headset and am awaiting a reply to see what their next step is.
3 months,still no resolution......how would you rate this customer service? Cause I know how Iam rating it......👎👎
