I’m pretty sure I have an addiction. Total go to snack. Salty crunchy yumminess. This is my 4th tray this week.
Bake seasoned slices for 35 minutes in a 250° oven. I get 9 pieces out of each slice.

Last night I made the most delicious maple dijon chicken thighs (they’re my favorite so I’m a bit biased 🤪) They are so simple to make but I don’t have exact measurements as I just throw things together so I’ll try to give a good estimate.

Ingredients:

4-6 Chicken thighs bone in
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Dressing

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Fresh Thyme
1/2 - 1 tbs Garlic powder

Directions:

•Season your chicken to taste with olive oil and the above seasonings. Place in the oven at 375 for 40 minutes.

•While the chicken is cooking, make your dressing by combining the ingredients and giving a good whisk.

•At the 40 minute mark pour the dressing over the chicken and allow to cook for another 10-15 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees
