Loud Ladies aims to gather, represent, and support female DJs in Belgium.

We want to strengthen the presence of women in clubs, parties, festivals and the music industry and strive for a fair and equal scene. By the end of 2024 we would like all venues, festivals and event organizers to sign the 5-point charter below and aim to follow up its implementation. All along the way we will listen to all female DJs, hear and learn from their experiences and input with the goal

✨ 2024: The first year of Loud Ladies! ✨

What a year it’s been! Here’s a recap of what we achieved together:

🌸 March: The birth of Loud Ladies – a movement for female empowerment.

🎧 April: Our very first event and DJ contest , won by the talented . Supported by .bevoormuziek 🙏

🚽 May: We literally placed a toilet next to the DJ booth . 😉

🤝 June & July: Lots of behind-the-scenes meetings to set things in motion. Special thx goes out to .i.dj .khan_ ❤️

💻 August: The launch of our website: loudladiesbelgium.be 👀

📆 September & October: More meetings and brainstorming to strengthen our mission. And prepping November 👇

🛍️ November was WILD 🦄
🤝A collaboration with and a DJ contest supported by .bevoormuziek Winners: .musica and ! 👏👏
🎉We also celebrated ‘s first full EP
🔥 …and .khan_ becoming the first woman to play at in 10 years (and she totally nailed it, by the way!) .
💫 We gathered to get inspired and connected 🙏

✍️ December: Preparing a subsidy application and receiving exciting event requests for 2025. Stay tuned!

And as we close off the year on this final day of 2024, we look back with pride and forward with excitement. Here’s to making even bigger moves in 2025! 🥂

Gefeliciteerd aan onze twee fantastische winnaars van de DJ Contest bij INNO Woluwe, georganiseerd door .ladies.belgium en !

We zijn trots om aan te kondigen dat .musica en hun beats en energie met het publiek zullen delen in de vernieuwde INNO Woluwe op 12, 13 en 14 november. Deze twee talenten hebben bewezen dat zij de nieuwe sound van Woluwe zijn!

Bij Loud Ladies Belgium geloven we sterk in het creëren van nieuwe kansen en het ondersteunen van lokaal talent, zoals vastgelegd in ons charter voor inclusiviteit en empowerment. Een speciale dank aan .bevoormuziek en voor hun steun in het realiseren van deze contest en het promoten van muziek van eigen bodem!
