POS business is a business that you can start today and start making money immediately. It’s a business that can be done with 100k, then you grow over time.
The only thing you need to start this business is just an umbrella for shade, a POS machine, and a good location. You won’t even spend up to 50k getting those equipment.
If you own a grocery store, add a POS business to it. It’s going to make people know what you sell by coming to withdraw or deposit cash in your store, thereby allowing you to kill two birds with one stone.
If you have a shop that doesn’t have many customers and you sit all day waiting for customers, just go and get a POS machine, get some cash, and install a banner outside your office. Trust me, that week, people will know what you are selling.
If you work in any government parastatal where people come on a daily basis, you can buy a POS machine and give people cash. You will be making money on the side and still be getting your salary because people need cash on a daily basis.
I told someone one time, I can’t remember the last time I used any Bank POS machine because I prefer how fast POS cash point is. I will pay either 100 Naira or 200 and get the cash I want without wasting time.
You can also look for banks that have lots of customers and mount there. The funny thing is that people will prefer to use your POS instead of the bank ATM machine because money no Dey ever Dey inside bank ATM machines, that’s a fact.
Here is one good thing about this business: if you decide to stop doing the business today, your money is still your money. The money you invested is what you always use to run the business. Let’s say you invested 200k after buying an umbrella and a POS machine. That 200k is still yours even if you decide not to do the business again.
The only downside is theft. But there are ways to escape it. Just don’t stay in the same area where you do your POS business and close early. I repeat once it’s 5 or 6pm, Nwanne Booochaaa.
For those who have a huge amount of money to invest, here are ways you can make huge money from this hustle. Go to places like Abakpa, Emene, Garriki. Get a big shop and open a mini bank which will be run using just POS. Hire 5 or 4 girls and give each of them one POS each. Build your mini bank just like a real bank. The counter should have a barricade that separates the cashiers and the customers. If the place you are has a high number of people who need cash on a daily basis, I guarantee you that you can make at least 5k from each of the girls that works as a cashier. Once you receive a high volume of money, let’s say someone comes to deposit money to you, take it to the bank immediately the customer is bringing.
Monie Point POS is the best I have seen following OPAY. But I still prefer using Monie Point because they hardly have network issues like other POS.
Who can do this business? Anyone.
Even students can do it in their hostel.
Know that it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme. There might be days you will not make much, but consistency is the key. The moment people know you always show up, you will certainly start seeing money over time.
