Emotions: History, Culture, Society: Call for Book Review Editor

Emotions: History, Culture, Society is looking for up to two book review editors to join the editorial team. Review editors work with the editorial team – Katie Barclay, Kate De Luna and Giovanni Tarantino – to produce content for the volume, ensuring a regular stream of reviews for publication. The role involves identifying books for review, finding reviewers, arranging for books to be posted or sent to reviewers, collecting reviews from authors, and editing reviews ahead of publication. The role might especially suit an early career scholar looking to develop editorial experience and to gain insight into the publishing process. But the role is open to scholars at any level with an interest in the study of emotions from a historical and cultural perspective. This role is unpaid and voluntary.

Please send an expression of interest, with details of your research interests, career stage, and any editorial experience to [email protected] by the 10 March 2024.
