🌟 Embracing the Greatness of May! 🌟
I wanted to take a moment to honor this month of May, because it isn't just any ordinary month for me! It's been a time of profound significance and celebration. As I've reflected and delved into its layers, I've encountered the richness of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, and the commemoration of Hmong Day. Each of these facets holds immense importance, resonating deeply with my personal journey, the collective struggles, and triumphs.

Reflecting on the essence of this month fills me with gratitude. It's an opportunity to honor the resilience, heritage, and diversity that weave through our stories. This May, I'm especially grateful to celebrate these pivotal topics that intertwine with my own narrative.

"You weren't born Hmong to play small," beautifully articulated by Pagnia Xiong, resonates profoundly during this time. It encapsulates the spirit of empowerment and determination that drives us forward. It's a reminder that our backgrounds, cultures, and identities are sources of strength, not limitations.

As we navigate through AAPI Month, let's amplify voices, celebrate achievements, and acknowledge the invaluable contributions of the AAPI community. Mental Health Awareness Month prompts us to prioritize self-care, advocate for mental wellness, and break the stigma surrounding mental health. 🎙️ Exciting News! 🎉

I am beyond grateful for the incredible opportunity to be a guest on the Unlearning Patterns Podcast! It was such a profound experience to have a healing conversation with Charlotte and Thony, the amazing hosts of the podcast. Their warmth and empathy created a safe space for me to share a part of my journey with their listeners.

Being able to connect with Charlotte and Thony, as well as their audience, was truly a gift. Their platform provided me with the chance to be heard and seen, and for that, I am immensely thankful.
