Its hosts Jared Perry, Sam Tuten, & Bret Allphin developed the podcast as a way to engage communities across America through conversations about those things we always knew we needed to talk about, but were too scared to. From issues of planning for the next generation of leaders, bond levies for crumbling schools, and the generational strife that comes from local management by individuals 40/50 years older than millennial’s.
