As the holidays creep closer, like a beast relentlessly stalking, we wanted to provide a Feral #1: The Beast Within update. We are so close. Finishing touches are being made following some slight script and layout changes. While it won’t make it to backers by Christmas, it will be on its way in the New Year. Hey everyone. I just wanted to share sime tool tips for the artists out there that are passionate about brush pens and hard tip ink liners. make a wonder permanent fine liner and brush pen. It’s consistently hard working with a constant even black line. Now to the brush pen. Wow the black waterproof ink is top-notch but the tip is fraying slightly after only 3 hours 😭 at the drawing table. Such a bummer but I still recommend it.

So that’s my quick review. Hope it helps for any artist looking to invest in some traditional art tools. ✍🏼

This is Day 4 of our latest Kickstarter campaign, and we're (Mike Connell and Kevin Manklow) just over 70% funded.

Super thankful for all the support so far, but we have to admit, it's a slog this time around! We've hit what they call the "early days dead zone." Good volume and interest over the first day or two, then... nothing.

With that in mind, our network can share the love with anyone you think might be into the first of six comics focused on werewolves during the fur trade (there are also some pirates thrown in there for good measure), that would be AMAZING.

We also added a new reward tier! I wanted to call it Forever Feral, but Kevin Manklow vetoed it, so now we're calling it: Feral: Immortals. Live on forever in the pages of Feral: The Colour of Blood (out in 2024).

Backers agree to provide their likeness, which we will weave into the storyline of the NEXT instalment of the Feral series (not this one. The NEXT one. This one has already been written!).

Your likeness will show up in a crowd, as a patron of the local inn, in a painting, or hanging from the gallows! Ultimately, backers of this tier will live on for eternity in what will assuredly be a legendary tome, passed down through the ages. They'll also get a signed copy of the current issue!

So, if you've backed already, thank you! If you're interested, you can "manage" your tier and upgrade to Forever Feral (awesome, right?)/Feral: Immortals. If you haven't, what are you waiting for?

Don't walk, run to your nearest keyboard and smash that "pledge" button. It may not actually say "pledge," but hopefully you know what I mean.
