Growing up, I never knew a relaxed woman.😅

Successful women? Yes. 👏🏼 Productive women?
Plenty. 💪🏻 Anxious and afraid and apologetic women? Heaps of them. 😢 But relaxed women? At ease women? Women who aren’t afraid to take up space in the world? Women who prioritise rest and pleasure and play? Women who give themselves unconditional permission to relax - without guilt, without apology, without feeling like they need to earn it? I’m not sure I’ve ever met a woman like that. But I would like to become one. I would like us all to become one.🫶🏼

All WOMEN are BRILLIANT, PHENOMENAL AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL 💞 But one thing I’ve really noticed is women can be not so graceful to ourselves.. I am super guilty of this… Listen to your sisters 👯‍♀️ your friends, those women who inspire you, also listen to your mind and body.
It is ok to take a PAUSE and relax… Should it be meditation, 🧘 listening to a podcast 🎙️ light exercise 🏋️‍♀️ whatever helps you relax and take time for yourself and not do 20 things all at once 🤣

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 🌷
Remember to listen to your inner Goddess 🧘‍♀️💓☯️ she needs a little rest from time to time 🕰️

Life Is A Journey Not A Destination,
full of up’s ⬆️ and Down’s ⬇️
I’m blessed with incredible clients that are working their way to true Self Love 🥰


Negative vibes?
Barely know ‘em. Sure, I caused a storm when I started my journey into the podcast 🎙️world with announcing the cancellation of my own wedding. 💒
Two days before filming my Ad campaign 📹 my relationship fell apart, so I decided to respond by carrying on with my mission.. 💫

The week I filmed my first 1️⃣ ever episode.
I sat alone and cancelled my whole wedding in one day while having to send pictures of my wedding dress to the bridal shop so my wedding dress could be put up for resale.
I cried so many tears 😢 that the skin under my left eye completely lifted and I looked like I had been burned. 🥵

Around the time of filming for my Second 2️⃣ episode, I had to use my steel reinforced boundaries to keep out the chaotic vibes and just say NO!
This was never how I expected to start off my new adventure but I opened the door this way as I want to be as real as it gets, I am here to help women - whether with ugly truths or by giving you the life advice of other great women. 💜

Yet, there’s lurkers in the shadows obsessing over every step I take..
Makes me wonder…. 💭
How much I used to drift into the dark opinions of other people.
Here’s the real talk:
I have complete disinterest in anyone or anything that is trying to divert my attention from my goals.
I HAVE A MISSION that is bigger than just me.

Which is to HELP women, by supporting brilliant women to empower us all as females and show how divine we are. 💫

Free yourself from all ties or limitations. Its better to disappoint people with your truth than live a life of inauthenticity. What you want requires you to be real with yourself. When things aren't exactly your way, take it as an opportunity to be grateful for the present moment and that will give you the hope to keep moving forward. There are so many great things coming for you and so many blessings to look forward to. Trust yourself and your path. 🌳🫶🏼✨🙌🏻

I am SO excited to share this news with everyone 💜

I am launching my Podcast, 'The Greater Truth Of A Woman' this January for all the women of the world to tell their truth.

I have struggled in my life, I have been tormented by trauma and I have overcome mental illness, I want to help anyone on this earth even if it is just one person overcome as I have.
