日本のレゲエの黎明期からトップアーティストとしてシーンを牽引してきたアーティスト・PAPA Bをはじめ、北海道出身・在住のアーティストを中心に楽曲を制作し、全国に向けて北海道スタイルのダンスホール発信する。
