Maggie’s Sixth Birthday is the first in a series of adventure stories that all started
on Maggie’s sixth birthday by talented new comer, Amelia Ike.
It’s a story of a young girl, Maggie, who enjoys on her birthday, riding around her village on her new bicycle with her mum; visiting the different farm animals along the way. As they ride home to prepare for her birthday party, Maggie reflects that all the animals she met had someone to share their days.
Maggie has a fun time at her party with her friends but is determined to blow out all her candles and use the resulting birthday wish to magic up a special friend just for her. She retires that night exhausted, dreaming on whether her wish will come true.
