This is my birthday month!

I never focused on age as much as I focused on doing the things to feel good~ mind, body & spirit.

It’s true.

And because of this, I feel vibrant at my age.” 😂

It’s very important to take care of our bodies, (always, not just when we get age.)
➡️ And…It’s equally important to have discipline over our mindset.

Be mindful of your thoughts.
They can create peace or havoc- your choice.

Yes, we all age.
But life isn’t over- it’s just beginning! 💥

I’ve never been one to do things by the book and I certainly don’t fit inside anyone’s box.

Never have.

This may be one of the scariest things I’ve done, but if you aren’t walking through your fears- you ain’t living baby!
