DAILY BREAD.

'Give us this day our daily bread'

That's a prayer made my many but shallowly understood by few.

Some people tend to think that it's a prayer that makes room for seeking for little since it is just daily bread.

No, that bread is answerable to what you have normalized as your daily bread. It is relatable to what you make in a day, and also relatable to people who don't have have at all.

As a matter of fact, the prayer is answerable to all, but according to your capacity.

For some that don't have at all, their daily bread might just be their daily feeding. For people who make hundreds of thousands in a day, that becomes their daily bread. For some, it is in millions.

That is to say, your daily bread is not just about what you eat on a daily, but what you make everyday. Your request is that it gets provided everyday.

If your daily bread is little, pray for enlargement of coast. Increase your bread and God will crown your efforts with good success!!!

Anxiety disorder!!

Anxiety disorder Is real. Anxiety disorder is a psychological condition where someone is unable to manage his anxieties. This can be as a result of childhood trauma, environmental factors and other things.

A lot of people do not know about this condition, this might be as a result of not being informed that a condition has such is in existence.

It's a condition that leaves you in a paranoid state, a state that makes you think so much about your problems even when the way you exaggerate them is not real.

To come out of this condition, you need to always remind yourself that the condition is not that deep, always remind yourself that every problem that comes will certainly go away.

As much as you can, keep making positive Confessions and have a good image of yourself.

Fight Anxiety today and live a healthy life.

Please parents, in your parenting journey, do well to educate your children and not overprotect them. Hear them out and not shut them up.

Teach your children to air their views, don't always make them to follow every instruction.

Be detailed in teaching them all the need to know about life. Don't hide any knowledge from them because if you do, someone outside your home will teach them, and they will learn in a hard way.

As much as you can, let your words lift their spirits, and not crush them.

Studies have shown how bad parenting has successfully produced mediocres, children who feel inferior and less of themselves.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTION!

You and I know that nothing is new about your resolution. I know I got you. Yes, you will still remain the same in 2024😄...Wait right there. I'm not trying to curse you, I'm only stating the obvious.

I know how you go all out, making alot of resolutions for the fresh year. Some people go as far as writing in plain sheet how their new year will be.

Some will say, 'I must start it in church so that I will remain in touch with God, lolz😄...But sadly, all became a collosal failure.

Why did it not really work?

Is it that the person making the resolution wasn't resolute enough?

What happened in the way?

It's simple:lack of focus.

Yes, Focus is one thing you need to have if your realistic resolutions will come to actualization.

It is one thing to make BIG plans, it is another to maintain the energy and focus that is needed to achieve it.

I know they've told you that you can do too many things at a time. I'm not against that. I'm only interested in you focusing on them one at a time. Gain mastery in one before you delve into another.

If you want to learn trades, say tailoring, learn tailoring, perfect in it, and then possibly start making dresses for people before you can delve into something else.

If you want to join workforces in your church, start with a very simple one first and perfect in it and wait for the holy spirit to tell you to move to the next level. Doing many at a time doesn't really work.

In summary, perfect in one first in 2024 before another.

Let this Bible verse below be your watchward. Let the past be in the past. Just focus and do your thing come 2024.
