Never felt so loved, happy, and special on my birthday ever in my life.

Since the day I have shifted to Coimbatore, I have seen life in a very different way. Though I am away from home, but not a single day, I felt that way. That's all because of the love, respect, and everything that I received from . I have never met such wonderful, kind, and generous people in my life. I might have done some good deeds that I met them and they introduced me to the entire JC Family. 🙏

Working at office has been a great experience for me. From making a few wonderful friends to having supportive team members, I have received so much respect, care, and love from the entire Juicy Chemistry Team. ❤️

Can't be grateful enough to all of them for making my day so special here. Enjoyed homemade sapada (lunch), went out for dinner, and received blessings from all. Last but not least, the JC Team surprises me with a birthday trip to a place where I always wanted to go. It was one of the best surprises. 🥰

Since last year, I felt inclined towards Moon hence got this beautiful bracelet from Siimar.

A beautiful & delicious fruit grown on cactus - Pitaya!

Have you ever imagined that dragon fruit, also known as Pitaya or Strawberry Pear, grows on climbing cactus vine? Well, yes this delicious fruit is a rich source of dietary fibre, phytonutrients, antioxidants, proteins and iron.

Its sweetness depends on its colour - interesting, right? If the skin colour is white or lighter, it would have mild sweetness as compared to the red or dark coloured skin.

I tried it for the first time and loved its taste. It was not too sweet and the inside flesh was soft and yummy.

Happy New Year!! Yes, today is Sikh's New Year. 🙏

We enter 554th year of Nanakshahi calendar (tropical solar calendar). Sikh's follow this calendar from 1469 CE - the birth year of our first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
It begins with the month of Chet (14th March) and comprises of Barah Maha (twelve months as English calendar).

All the Twelve Month's names are taken from Guru Granth Sahib Ji (Sikh's Holy Book). Our calendar has:
👉 5 months of 31 days
👉 7 months of 30 days
👉 Leap year comes after every 4 years which falls in the month of Phagun and has an extra day

4️⃣ ways to use Glow Mud Cleanser ✌️

1. First ofcourse as a CLEANSER
It gently cleanses the skin, draws out impurities and helps control excess sebum production. It makes skin clean, radiant and glowing.

2. As a FACE MASK
Yes, you read it right. One product, multiple uses - this is what one needs. During summers, my skin needs extra care and attention to keep T-zone oiliness in check. I use this as a face mask over my Tzone area and chin. Leave it for 10 mins, massage for few seconds and then wash off.

Glycolic acid is an exfoliant that helps clear out breakouts and control excess sebum while Aloe Vera helps with soothing and nourishing the skin.

3. First step of DOUBLE CLEANSING
Sometimes, when my skin is exposed a lot while I am out and travelling, I use this as first step to remove makeup, sunscreen and impurities. As it is a cream, mud based cleanser, so it helps with cleansing & exfoliating at the same time. It removes regular makeup (not too hard one like huda's eyeliner that's a tough task for sure 😜). I use gel based cleanser as a follow up or sometimes use 2-steps of toner for second cleanse and toning.

4. As BODY CLEANSER
Is there any rule? Nope, so why not use face products on body too? I do it. Me and my mom love using this as body cleanser twice a week. It helps with deep cleansing + exfoliating. Always follow up with body butter/cream/lotion as per your preferences.

Light Base for ✌️

LIT Radiant Matte Compact has been my latest go-to product for quick base.

👉 It has satin matte finish that blends with the skin, giving natural look. It gives decent coverage, even outs the skin tone and doesn't dry out skin (when applied after skincare routine).

👉 The puff applicator is soft and thin as it slides into the compact packaging easily. The mirror comes handy for closer look while applying makeup (specially for eye makeup and compact).

👉 I find it a decent product and might repurchase once I am done with all compacts that I own currently.

👉 I wish had few more shades to pick from that might go with unique and diverse .

👉 It retails for Rs. 495/- but keep an eye on their app, I got it at 70% 😳 during sale. (Note, fresh product was delivered and the brand mentions the shelf life on their product pages as well.)

My Love for is True. 🙈

You would be wondering why I wrote Roses are Pink, right? Well, products contain Bulgaria's Damask Roses that is pink in colour. (Check my previous post to know the story behind this). 👍

Freshly harvested from my small balcony garden today. ❤️
Tomatoes are a fruit not a vegetable! Wait, what??? 😳

Shocked? This is actually true. It is a fruit but the various oral and topical benefits of 🍅 made it fall under vegetables category.

Rose Day is GONE, but Glow is still ON. 🌹

Here's what my refreshing morning looks like with Bulgarian Rose Hydrosol.

Visit the valley of Bulgaria's Damask Rose with every spritz. Bringing the benefits of handpicked organically grown roses from Bulgaria. They are picked before the sunrise when the dew is still on the petals.
