ENGR. (DR). CHUKWUDI DIMKPA FNSE......BORN OR MADE LEADER?

Good day ladies and gentlemen that would make out time to read this..... if you've ever worked with a leader who wasn't very effective, you would know that good leadership comes at a cost because working with an ineffective leader can be very demotivating and at same time demoralizing, which may hamper productivity.

Come to think of it oh, a common question one would ask is whether does it make any sense in trying to invest time and energy in trying to become a more effective leader (it is tiring tho)..... because if leaders are born with inherent (natural) qualities that can't be developed, why waste time in fighting a battle that's already lost.

But fortunately, there are aspects of leadership that comes naturally to some people than others on the premise that majority of leadership qualities can be developed.
If so then anyone can truly learn how to be an effective leader, it just requires real commitment and hard work to make it possible.

In all humility, I believe my third (3rd) paragraph summarizes the caption at the heading about if my principal/leader Engr. (Dr). Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE is a "Born or Made leader", because left for me I would say he is both........
Both in the sense that as a leader he is, what stirs deep emotions inside of him is his deep passion for humanity (he relates with what others are going through), coupled with the fact that he does not push anyone away (very approachable) and always wants to hear you out....

While other leaders (so called) are taking a step back, he is not afraid to make that bold step forward while acting in the interest of the people (me inclusive).

What else do you want or need from such a Human that is "Born and Made"......

May Chief Engr. (Dr). Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE, Mene Yereba 1 of Gwara Kingdom succeed 💪🏾 in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾.

Yesterday, an award of honor was presented to Chief Engr. (Dr). Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE, through the office of the SUG vice president IAUE (Ndele Campus), Comrade Ezekiel Clinton Amadi...

Comrade Ezekiel in his statement stated that the honorary award being presented to Dr. Dimkpa is in recognition of his contributions and support towards the growth and development of the entire students community and his general service to human capital development...

Mr. Emmanuel Dienye-Isaac who represented Dr. Dimkpa at the award presentation received the honorary award on his behalf and thanked the SUG excos for finding his boss worthy of the award, and assured them of Dr. Dimkpa's continued support.

WEEKEND VIBES.....CHYCHU THIS WEEKEND:

Earlier today, Engr. (Dr). Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE, Mene Yereba 1 of Gwara Kingdom paid his last respect to late Chief Worbilor Godswill Ohuchukwu who passed on age 84.....

Celebration of the life of late chief Worbilor Ohuchukwu took place at Isiokpo, the headquarters of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State....Among his entourage were Chief Leo Edochie, Mr. Ezemonye Mpi & Mr. Mudiaga.

In furtherance of his invitation this weekend, Chief (Dr). Dimkpa joined his bosom friend Mr. Denie Okoko at his Aluu residence in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, to celebrate with his mother Mrs. Franebi Okoko who clocked 75 years of age....
Congratulations mummy and more blissful years ahead amen.

CONCENTRATE ON YOUR MARRIAGE NOT YOUR WEDDING, DR. DIMKPA'S ADDRESS AS HE CHAIRED NEWELLA 2021.

The chairman of the traditional wedding ceremony of the newly wedded couple Mr. & Mrs. Wokne-Eze Newman while giving his opening remarks urged them to be more focused on their marriage to make it a lovely and successful one as he wished them well.

Shortly after the wedding ceremony, Engr. Dr. Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE, FNIEEE touched down De Planet Lounge, venue of the second edition of the Chychu Carnival to witness activities lined up to celebrate a trail blazer, an icon, a philanthropist and our leader.

It was quite an eventful day as Dr. Dimkpa and his adorable wife stepped out in a grand style to celebrate with the family of the newly wedded.

Last night, Mr. Okala Chikaike Bright and yours truly had the awesome privilege to stand in for our Leader and benefactor Engr. Dr. Chukwudi Dimkpa FNSE, FNIEE.

Over the years, you have consistently and cheerfully seen to the welfare of the youths of Rivers State, the entertainment body and persons across board.

A big thank you to The King of the Radio, Olalekan Da O'square, we appreciate the honour.
