Hike around Krkonoše mountains, 🇨🇿
APRIL 2023, it was still pretty cold, windy and snowy but a lovely, medium difficulty hike due to the snow. In the summer I would class this as an easy hike.

1st stop PRAMEN LABE

2nd stop: LABSKA BOUDA

3rd stop: PALCAVSKE VODOPADY

4th stop: MOHYLA MISTRA HANCE A VRBATY

The Mohyla Hanče a Vrbaty is a memorial located at Vrbatovo návrší (1,416 m). It commemorates the tragic deaths of friends Václav Vrbata and Bohumil Hanč during a ski race on March 24, 1913. Vrbata gave his coat to Hanč in a snowstorm, leading to Vrbata’s death, while Hanč also succumbed to the cold. Built in 1925, the memorial offers stunning views of the Krkonoše mountains. To visit, start from Horní Mísečky or take a combination of hiking and a cable car from nearby towns.
