Early Morning thoughts
I find that I can be an adaptable person.
I can live in the city and find joy or
I could live in the country and find joy. (I love both!)
I don’t believe one is better than the other,
We tend to want to justify our actions on why we make the decisions.
After all we made them and of course they are the best, RIGHT?!!
But what if we looked at it and said one is not better than then the other, it’s just different.
Small towns = less people
Big towns= more people
Small towns = you’ll need to drive to find things
Big towns =things are close to your home
Small towns= less traffic
Big towns = traffic
Small towns= tight community
Big towns= tight community
Small towns= community outreach
Big towns= community outreach
Small town= drama
Big towns = drama
Just DIFFERENT
There’s my small little comparison chart. Things are still happening in both towns, we all have our preference, but neither is good or bad. After living in several different size towns, I find that people are still people. You will find the good, the bad, and the ugly. Life is happening and we all have our own perception. But ultimately, we get the choose how we want to patriciate in those towns, after all you make up the town.
After all that rambling, here’s the question? (I like questions)
Which are you?
What picture do you paint in your mind?
Final thought: Whichever you prefer, the truth is people make up both towns, people reflect those towns. We all get to create and leave a legacy on something, you are a product of someone’s legacy, weather good or bad. But don’t forfeit YOUR LEGACY, you are creating something that will have a ripple effect. The best part is YOU get to decide on what you want it to be!
Final, final thought: I love you, whoever you are wherever you are. You have value, you were made for a purpose, you have potential and it has nothing to do with location. Take ownership of your Legacy.
