new episode!

while FRIGID New York's New York City Fringe has passed, we were able to chat with some of the folks from the festival's "Best Play" award winning show, "The Climate Fables"! correspondent Jason Wang sat out in the rain (appropriately!) with members of Torch Ensemble—take a listen!

new episode!

welcome to the podcast, New Relic Theatre! GSAS! correspondent Jason Wang caught opening night of their production of New Relic Theatre: Antigone—there's only a few more chances to catch it this weekend, so get over to Theaterlab if you can!

while the podcast is technically "spoiler-free" (and also, well, the play is almost 2500 years old...you've probably heard of it...), you might want to listen to this *after* catching the show, if you want to be surprised by their approach to the material! *then*, take a listen!

Do you make indie theatre?

You should respond to this!

📢 Calling all indie theater artists! 📢 We want to hear from you. Each year, we share a survey to check in with the indie theater community. We would love for you to provide feedback this year.

Fill out the survey here: https://bit.ly/Indie-2023-Survey

Folks who return this survey to us by January 19 will be entered into a lottery to receive one of four $50 gift cards to a local small business that sells gift cards (online)!

We legitimately read and respond to EACH survey response, and several of our programs and initiatives came directly from your feedback – The Deep Roots Grant at The Big Give and the Milk and Eggs grants.

SAVE THE DATE! Jan. 8th, 2024

In a follow up to last summer's Indie Theater Convocation, part of we're hosting a 6 month check in.

What has changed since our last meeting? And what's remained the same? Have we made any progress on the issues discussed in June?

With panelists from IndieSpace, FRIGID New York, Brownstone Steps Entertainment, BG Consulting, and TDF. Let's talk!
